1. Everything was done in travertine tile, huge rooms, looked to be brand-new appliances in the full kitchen, including a stainless steel sub-zero fridge, beautiful furnishings, I could go on an on.

4. We didnt know exactly what to expect but the hotel is very new, clean, and feels a nicer then a 3 star.

5. The hotel is fairly new (built to withstand hurricane 5 force winds) and you can be assured that critters stay outdoors, especially if you're on an upper level.

7. Two weeks before arriving, this hotel became a Marriott, so it is now under new management.

10. They upgraded us to a suite because it was our honeymoon( we had booked a king room)I was able to cook my new hubby his first dinner, they had every utensil you could think of, pots pan etc.
