5. Our room was a 'upgrade' with a balcony, full kitchen, dining room tv, small bathroom on the side, washer/dryer, separate bedroom with a king size bed, hot tub, and shower, Our friends room on the other side of the resort was the same lay out.

8. The staff were all friendly and helpful - the person at the front desk who upgraded us, both concierges, the shuttle drivers, and the maintenance man who came to adjust the temperature of the unit.

9. Our conference had a reception poolside, and although the pool bar closed, they re-opened and fully stocked the area to accomodate our group, with friendly (not hostile) servers.
