2. This new room looked ok until my husband rememberd that he forgot something in the old room and called the desk about getting it and discovered that we were in the wrong room although the key opened the door and probably many others.

5. My thought was: go buy new washers and dryers-this is an essential part of your business.

6. There were bugs in our room (gave us a can of smelly bug spray), 2 chairs on the lanai were rotted through (sent up new chairs after one of us fell when the leg fell off), the vending machines were empty ('Yeah, they have been out for some time now.
