4. If there was a sign stating this, I could have easily snagged a lovely pool lounger when there were plenty available at 10 am - but now at noon there were none.

5. So, if you opted for the beach at 10:00 am (when there were plenty of chairs available at the pool) you were nice & comfy - until the catering manager comes over at around noon to tell you that in about an hour you have to go somewhere else.

6. The person on the phone replied that a double room did not have room for a roll away but if I stayed in a King Salon Suite ( a room not even listed on the Interrnet site) I would have a King bed, a Queen pull out sofa-bed and plenty of room for a roll away, so I booked that room even though it was $630.
