1. We had to call and have them come multiple times, after being out of the room for half the day, and also had to have them bring new soap, because they didn't replenish the bath soap when we ran out.

4. The rooms were superb with walk in showers, newly furnished and consisted of separate living area as well as bed and luxury bathroom with wet room.
