3. Most positive thing: delivering complimentary champagne to all the rooms on New Year's Eve was a gracious and much appreciated gesture; it softened the blow of the high season room rate.

In terms of value for money no question that BW is probably the best hotel on the Island, Can vouch for all other positive reviews with regard to location, rooms size & cleanliness etc, ( one very small negative AC was sooo noisy) Breakfast limited but a glass of OJ and coffee is enough to get most people going.
