4. The location couldnt be better, a block off the main strip makes it easy to walk to everything but also far enough you dont hear the hustle and bustle.

9. It`s ON the bus line so you can park and ride to Mallory (parking ain`t easy or cheap), not a seedy neighborhood (other 3 star or better hotels on one side and ocean on the other.
