1. Lots of palm trees surround the resort which make it feel like you're on a secluded island somewhere.

5. one thing i did not like was that they tried to charge me again for the rooms at checkout even though they acknowledged that the room had been paid through Expedia when i checked in.

7. The condos were definitely first rate but the pools (four of them) did it for me, it's like extremley tropical with nice ambient music.

8. We treat people and everything around us with respect too many times I see travellers checking in treating around them rudely and then want to be treated like a queen and then are surprised that they get something different.
