1. My food order was a couple minutes later than my wife's so they apologized and gave both of us free drinks, which weren't inexpensive.

5. Actually, the second time we were upgraded for free from a channel view unit to an ocean view unit, and it may have been by Tina (it was a lady who did it over the phone, and Tina sounds right).
