1. The other hotel guests were mainly middle-aged couples of quiet demeanor who kept to themselves; some American and many foriegn - almost all straight but none offensive with any drinking or other loud or inappropriate behavior.

3. Even though our location was near the busy Duval shopping area the Inn was rather quiet except for the traffic on the street (since we faced the main road).
