1. We love a good small B&B and I wish that the Eden House would break down and serve more than (now) coffee *all day now I think* and happy hour (5-6 ? last time) and break down and maybe tempt people by bringing in some of the island's best breakfast treats and call itself a big B&B already but, *ok* they are an INN.

2. The free happy hour every afternoon by the pool was a great way to rest up before heading out to dinner and I really enjoyed meeting the other hotel guests too.

3. This isn't the luxury resort hotel experience -- it's a quaint, funky inn where the lobby clock runs backwards and they serve free drinks at happy hour.

5. I know Mike try's his hardest to have that laid back Key West attitude, but when your guests are not happy and his only response is to see the 'unhappy disclosure' on the web site, it's just not funny.

6. First we will state the positive:The happy hour is lacking as one would typically expect in a 'Guest House', but in their favorite it was dead on with their description on their website along with the free drink at check in.

8. '- Mike Eden spends a lot of time chatting to his guests around the pool because he wants to, not because he has been on a customer relations training programme- happy Hour really is a happy time when everyone meets for a chat and compares notes on local restaurants.
