3. It was truly 'Mind-Soothing Hospitality' to us, but if you prefer fancy accomodations, formal staff with their hand out for every little thing they do for you, etc.

4. Our room was the most basic they offer, more cozy than fancy, but we were still well taken care of with cold drinks, advice about tours and restaurants, reservations, and as many clean dry towels as we could use.
