1. The ladies at the front desk were pleasant & accommodating (getting us a room on the floor & side of the building we requested); they called our room after we were settled in to see how we liked the room.

10. Entrance to the hotel is through a single alley-like access road that requires you to make a U-turn some distance down the main road to get any of the area restaurants, none of which rise above the fast food level.
