1. We'd never stayed at a La Quinta before and the other brands were better known to me, but maybe as an adventure or maybe because the rates seemed somewhat lower (I forget), I chose this hotel over the others, which were all within shouting disance on the same cul-de-sac.

2. The front desk clerk was good and friendly, and the maintenance service was quick, but not one of the better La Quinta Inns I've stayed at.

3. Overall I am not sure about staying here, if I found a better deal on a better more trusted brand hotel, with nicer rooms I would take the other hotel.

10. They need to better utilize their personnel to schedule more than one registration clerk/hostess during peak periods.
