1. This is Jacksonville, Fl, not new York.

2. After working all day and enduring two flights, I was exhausted and I walked into my room to find the bed turned down, a complimentary bottle of water (select guest), a nice note from the hotel and the new flat screen TV turned to a channel playing soft, relaxing music.

3. Instead of just leaving us to hang out, Jesse at the front desk escorted us to the bar for a complimentary drink, where we just happened to bump into several of the newly inducted members of the Georgia-Florida Hall of Fame.

4. Limited number of usable TV channels (mostly news and sports) but this is outweighed by excellent pool and (average) gym.

5. When we checked in, there was champagne waiting, as well as strawberries coated in chocolate, and the LCD was on and playing somewhat hokey but still entertaining slow motion nature scenes with classical and new age music.
