1. The ONLY reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because both of our jobs require heavy internet usage; (thus the business package) and the internet signal and availability inside the hotel was intermittent AT BEST.

4. I've had to come to downtown jacksonville for the last 3 years to go to a convention, I assume that's the only reason anyone would stay in downtown Jacksonville? Downtown Detroit makes Jacksonville look good- I'll never be back.

5. Valet is only $5/night more than self park which I deem very reasonable.

6. The busines plan upgrade for $20 a day gets you both Internet (reasonable speed) and breakfast, which was wonderful.

8. Remember the special on hotel glassware, well the glasses had lip prints on them ( I travel with my own for this very reason.
