1. I'm not sure if I got a bad room or if the whole hotel is like this, but it just didn't feel like Hyatt standards.

3. The city is dirty and run down and all the restaurants smell like a sewer.

4. Even little things like the amenities in the bathroom were nice, including putting the shampoo and bath soap on the tub ledge instead of across the bathroom on the sink (too many times I get in the shower and have to get out in the middle because I forgot the shampoo was over at the sink).
