4. I would definetly stay here again, and would recommend to friends and clients (I am a travel agent) that need a nice, inexpensive place to stay that is close to downtown Houston, without being right in downtown.

5. The check-in was quick and pleasant, the room is clean and adequately stocked (although the towels are a bit thin), the furniture is nice (looks fairly new), and the bed comfortable.
