7. After calling around to several other neighboring hotels to compare availability and rates, it was nice to get a friendly, pleasant person on the phone, someone who was actually sitting at the local front desk - and not located at a noisy central corporate answering center instead.

8. This is the only hotel i stay at when i travel through houston and back home (CA) a nice hotel like this one would run anywhere from two to three hundred easy.
