3. I generally don't review international-chain business hotels because their quality is usually consistent and quite predictable; I will do it this time with the Marriot West Loop by the Galleria in Houston since I found it definitely under par for the rank.

4. Nothing awful, just older style, outdated decor and small rooms with dark faux wood furniture and a generally tired feel.
