7. TIPS: (1) 6TH floor 24/7 business center with free Internet and printer; (2) Starbucks in lobby closed on weekends; great Starbucks with big chairs one block up the street; (3) ask for room facing Rice stadium; (4) Rice running track across street is dirt, safe, and 3 miles around.
