4. Management definitely needs to focus on better training for its staff who, while pleasant enough, simply did not appear to know how to do their jobs.

5. The rooms were big and spacious, the beds were super comfortable with the soft and better than heavenly pillows and the bathrooms, what else can I say that they were spacious and clean as can be.

9. The garage was under construction so we had quite a walk thru Methodist Hospital for self parking but we didn't need in/out privileges so $9 on weekdays and half price on weekends was better than paying for valet.
