5. it was the first time that i stayed at the Crowne Plaza Suites Houston Sugar Land - booked by my company:- the suite was spotless, roomy, and felt soft and home-like- the bed and pillows, were very confortable [usually i have trouble falling asleep], but i slept like a baby- conveniently located between downtown Houston [Galleria, Westheimer], and Sugarland where i had my business meetings- the internet worked great [speed and 7x24], and otherwise the staff was always keen to help and assist with a smile- i tried the restaurant twice [on arrival and departure], and food was definitely healthy and prepared with care, and service was prompt and courteous- i cannot comment on other services like the swimming pool, etc, as i did not have time try them ;-)Kais Gzara, 2 july 2009.
