5. ' Next thing I knew, she had me applying for their priority club (took like 1 minute) and she had me in the best room in the hotel, with NO additional cost or upgrade charges, etc; just the regular price with 1 minute of application process, all for the best room in the house.

I checked in, went to the room and -no joke- the lock was off the hinge, the AC was broken (it was 90+ degrees during our visit), the towels were dirty with holes in them, the lamp was caked with dirt as well as coffee like stains, and best of all we found a bug actually crawling in the bed when we inspect the bed sheets after removing the covers.

10. All face an inner courtyard that goes up multiple floors If you have problems with height, therefore, it would be best to ask for a lower level suite.
