1. Hotel staff was very friendly upon registration and we were up in our room WITH the delicious cookies they offer at checkin within minutes.

2. I used room service for my meals, sometimes late at night and they were delicious, especially the burger and homemade fries.

The walls were thin, the drinks machine in the corridor swallowed our dollar notes without giving us anything, the ironing board was broken, the cleaner left a pillow slip in the entrance way one day, no one ever answered the housekeeping phone, the coffee (delicious) wasn't always topped up, the lift beeped ridiculously loud, there was no safe in the room .
