It's a great value for the money, valet parking is also reasonably priced, it's facilities appear to be very well-appointed for events, (there was a wedding reception going on there during our stay), it's within walking distance of some very cool dining and entertainment and--never to be undervalued--the people there are very nice.

4. The room thermostat only went up to 75, which kept the room at 74, which sounds fine but it was a cold week in Houston and the large windows cooled the room down.

5. I called them to let them know and they seemed like experts at fixing the problem which was cool but I shouldnt have had all these extra charges in the first place so I was still upset.
