4. I did not like the distance from the rooms we were in to the front desk, took about 3-4 minutes to walk to it.

Austin Davis is the worst manager, need to bring someone else to clean up after him, has no sense of hospitality, only there for the money, no sense of treating his customers well, BEWAREalso had to go three times to re program key, totally unprofessional, this is a shame on Hyatt to have a hotel like this.

7. Just stayed one night, and the reasons I like this spot are: Diamond upgrades to 1 BR with Studio reservations; fan on stove top (helps me sleep, I know there are others out there like me), Bud Light, and icemaker.

9. My husband told me to make sure to mention that he liked the fact that we could park on the third floor and wheel the suitcases through the door right to the third floor hallway were our room was (a big plus for the guy who does the lugging.
