1. Whether it's a high end resort property, business center property or their lower end property you can count on the superb staff, super comfortable clean, well-appointed rooms, and showers that are large with good water pressure.

5. I have even stayed at the Candlewood Suites which some could say isn't a good hotel but staying at the Hyatt Summerfield @ Sage Road wasn't a good experience for the $149/night rate.

8. Breakfast was the standard US hotel complementary fare, including a hot selection of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage or corned beef hash, good all the same but I think it might get a bit boring if a longer stay was had.
