2. you can say its a bit dated (the colors give it away) but well-maintained and clean, not run-down (example, it definitely could use new curtains & some modernizing).

3. The hotel is certainly not brand new, and the hallways are often warm and muggy, but you're only in the hallway for a few minutes a day, so who cares? For the price, we think the hotel, with its excellent location and included breakfast, is a good value.
