1. The night audit clerk didn't seem to care and told us the hotel was overbooked but then said we were the last reservation to arrive.

2. The hotel is certainly not brand new, and the hallways are often warm and muggy, but you're only in the hallway for a few minutes a day, so who cares? For the price, we think the hotel, with its excellent location and included breakfast, is a good value.
