1. The gym was located in a small attached wing outside, and had plenty of new elliptical and treadmills, as well as some weight equipment.

4. They told me to call the head of housekeeping , but when I did, I had to talk to a new person again, and I was basically told the same thing that it wasn't logged in their lost and found notebook.
