1. People were accomodating with me changing rooms and helpful and polite.

2. I did have a problem when I pressed the guest services button on my phone to request extra towels and while they were more than willing to help, I did have to head downstairs from my room to the front desk three hours later to repeat my request before they finally delivered.

3. They do include a wet bar and a mini-fridge (surprisingly missing a microwave) in the sitting area which helps the feel of the suite.

7. The hotel is ageing, there's no getting around that, but whilst its a bit wrinkly, the staff were friendly and helpful and I must say the wifi connection is fast and included in the price of the room, which is good.
