1. me and my family had been frecuently guest at this beautiful hotel and enjoyed the impressing lobby ,nice and well appointed rooms and the fine standard of the Omni Hotels.

3. Why were we given the impression that we could not use the shuttle service by that receptionist? As there is no where to walk to nearby, there is nothing in the area at all, the shuttle is a lifeline if you have no car.
