6. , the manager of the hotel are very profesional and nice, , during our several stays we had had some issues with the desk personnel mostly because some times they put young unprofessional cleks mostly ion the evenings or week ends , but most of the times we enjoy our stays and keep returing to this hidden gem hotel and definitly we recomend it to al our friends.

10. My friend said that she wanted to do the laundry herself and started to explain why; the receptionist interrupted her and said that this was a 4 diamond hotel and that was why they provided laundry services and not a guest laundry room.
