1. The white, bright blues and greens colour scheme makes the Hotel Indigo a cool, fresh,bright and clean offering compared to the all too common drab and dreary brown 'earth tones' that are found in the USA hotel market.

3. The front desk was shaped like a snail shell (cool)all wood floors and it's 100% NO-SMOKING.

10. With it being a cool night, the window with sliding screen was an added bonus to let in some fresh air while surfing through an extended channel lineup on the TV including about 5 HBO channels.
