1. The bed was very comfortable and the room was surprisingly quiet - I slept better on this trip than I have done in a long time at a hotel while on a business trip.

10. It would make it much better if they provided a swimming pool, at least a continental breakfast, and for sure a free 24 hour coffee bar in the lobby would help.
