1. The staff was polite but didn't really care about delivering good service- the bartender actually told us that he was ready to go home to try to discourage us from having a drink when we wrapping up for the evening.

7. As far as rates, yes it's a little more expensive but i still felt it was a good value for a suite especially with the added perks of the ambiance, the convenience, and the very attentive staff.
