4. As far as rates, yes it's a little more expensive but i still felt it was a good value for a suite especially with the added perks of the ambiance, the convenience, and the very attentive staff.

5. It is very close (walking distance) to Uptown Park which has a Starbucks, several nice restaurants, and shopping, and also it is quite convenient (short drive) to the Galleria.
