3. Fine, we went to the Galleria one and a half blocks away which was the reason for choosing this 'hotel'and returned to close the cases and ring down for a cab and to send someone for the baggage.

4. Well trained not to cross swords, he gave all sorts of stupid reason why they dont have staff to assist with clients cases and agreed to knock off the price of breakfast.
