1. The staff were very helpful and that really made all the differnece - helping me with taxis and general info, and getting me some fruit when I missed breakfast.

9. This was simply a very nice hotel with a terrific room, a polite and professional staff(all the staff was great but two people, Allison and Bao, were very helpful when I needed help navigating a city I had never been to) and it is a very nice area.
