4. The best thing I can say about this place is that it was very clean, but 'homey' or 'welcoming' are not two words I would use to describe the staff, decor, or our small, boring 2 queens room.

5. Second, it`s in the VERY industial west side of Eugene which is not a very safe looking area to look at and when one arrives at the Inn they have signs in the parking lot that say, 'User assumes all risks' which is not a comforting welcome sign to the traveler.
