2. We finally cashed out on the points we've been accumulating with Marriott Rewards for a few years now, so we can't really say how good of a value the hotel is, but overall the whole place is fantastic.

3. It is also a good deal when you consider the comfort inn down the street with no views charges 110 and the Mariott 125 with so much more to offer.

7. You are right downtown, and while the center of Detroit isn't as lively as it used to be, there are still several good bars and restaurants nearby.
