7. The room was clean and comfortable and I found the air conditioning on and set at a comfortable 70 degrees and that was a very very welcome touch.

8. These two along with Alyssa helped me to get the best rate available in a room far away from the noise( There were young adult sports teams in house) and the way these young folks (the front desk staff) welcomed everyone with a smile and a laugh as well as making you feel like a old friend.

9. Stayed at the Holiday Inn East Stapleton (thank goodness I was not put up in the Holiday Inn Central, or the 'Crack House' as it was known by my colleagues,) and on arrival was met by a very friendly and helpful Amber who made me certainly welcome.
