Good: free wireless internet, balcony, entry to room can be seen by everyone so I consider it safe, free shuttle to and from airport and downtown, friendly staff, clean room, large and clean fitness facility with plenty of equipmentBad: Walls in room are thin enough to hear your neighbor talk, although not clearly.
