6. No vending machines even though each floor says they have vending, 'convenience store' at the desk has pop/water at $3 apiece, breakfast is minimal, slow shuttle, facility needs a lot of update/repair (bathroom door had to be forced shut over the threshold) , pool doesn't look clean--hot tub is greenish.
