1. Not So Good: Alot of noise from outside street (alot of emergency vehicles racing back and forth), no dining table in living area, generally poor lighting thru out, heater loud (woke up everytime it cycled) and settings complicated, had to use 2 different keys for the mini bar, gift shop closes early (only source of bottled water or soda), ice machine on another floor, no vending machines.

4. The hotel staff were generally helpful & friendly, but didn't comply with my request to have my luggage brought to my room and they also lost my town car reservation for my journey to the airport.

9. The room size is generous and breathtaking: there is a huge bed, sitting area, a large TV (which doesn`t turn far enough to be visible from the writing desk), and a big minibar.
