2. We are pleased to tell you that we implemented our response protocol and retained a 3rd party to inspect the room and fortunately found no evidence of bed bugs.

7. I have used other companies to book everything from wedding party stays, business, to vacations and have never been totally happy with either the hotel or the services' response to any problems.
