1. After a flight cancellation by Air Canada (no apology and no help, except for a cursory instruction to go and find an Air Canada ticketing agent to rearrange the itinerary), we were forced to spend the entire day waiting in YVR for a 3 p.

2. The rooms are a little tired with peeling finish on the painted wood furniture, my balcony had absolutely no furniture, and the hotel overall could use a renovation except for the lobby, which is beautiful.
