1. In addition to the usual comfort and excellent amenities I expect from Hyatt, what stood out for me at this hotel was the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff.

5. The bartender at the sports bar on the second floor is a true professional who knows his guests well - it's obvious that there are many travelling regulars that stay here.
