1. There are plenty of places to work in a small group throughout the hotel, and the conference spaces are also top rate.

3. Traffic was relatively light in the area (we were there over a holiday weekend; since this is primarily a business district, I imagine it is busier during the week) and there were plenty of restaurants within driving distance.
